There is no minimum order value. Check each listing for single-item, multipack or case contents. For availability, destination or freight questions, email Business@mokikitoy.com before ordering.

Costs and destinations

Delivery eligibility depends on the product, destination and applicable brand or carrier restrictions. Freight, taxes and import-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the accepted quote or order expressly includes them. International buyers are responsible for required import arrangements.

Timing and split shipments

Release and arrival dates are estimates. Supplier availability and carrier conditions can change. Confirm any required delivery date with us; do not treat a catalog estimate as a guaranteed arrival. If your order contains items with different availability, contact us about shipping arrangements.

When the shipment arrives

Inspect cartons and contents promptly, retain packaging and record visible delivery problems. See Returns & Claims for reporting instructions.
