Contact Business@mokikitoy.com with your order number and affected items. A request is not confirmed until our team accepts it in writing. Dispatched orders cannot normally be cancelled.
Cancellation charges
Requests received within 24 hours of ordering are generally exempt from cancellation charges if processing has not begun. Otherwise, the standard fee is 15% for merchandise not yet received into stock, or 25% for merchandise already in stock or being prepared for release. First wholesale orders are firm once accepted and are not normally cancellable.
Exceptions and confirmation
If a supplier permits cancellation before dispatch without charge, we may waive the corresponding fee. We will confirm the applicable charge and any permitted reduction before finalizing the request. No cancellation fee is charged automatically by this information page.
